This is one hike that I don't know if I can get away with not at least addressing the basics (someone please correct me if I mess anything up). We parked by 112 (Kancamagus HWY) near Hancock campground onFranconia Brook trail and took that across the valley between Owl's Head and the Bonds and eventually ended up climbing Mt. Garfield (well most of it). We stayed the first night at Garfield Ridge Campsite.
