One of my first full hiking trips wish Laurie and Emily. Jenning's Peak is right next to Mt. Sandwhich, it is a nice little hike with a height gain of 2850 ft, so it isn't too difficult yet it is a lot of fun (I particularly like the stream that it follows on the path up).
