We tried to find a campsite, which first led us to Fenis (castle pictured here), we did find camping, but it looked frighteningly industrial, so we decided to pass. We drove into the mountains to look for more campsites that were labeled on our map (we didn't realize we were going to be high up in the mountains). Aside from the roads being some of the windiest we had ever seen, lacked guard rails AND adequate street lamps, we felt a bit scared to settle in to campsites named The Dalai Lama Campsite Club and the Magdalaine; it felt a bit to much of a religious commune.

Therefore we settled into a hotel, and that started our trend of camping two nights in a row, and then hitting up a hotel for one night.
